About Us

Magnum Power was founded in 1989 to develop power protection products for computers and other sensitive equipment. The first BI-UPS® patent was granted in Europe and USA in 1995. Magnum Power is now head-quartered on the Kirkton Campus, Livingston, Scotland.

We have a strong design group with a proven track record of product development. Our sales and marketing team are conversant with the demands of the global marketplace and we have several strategic alliances with specialist power product manufacturers in Europe and the Far East.

We have an unrivalled portfolio of power conversion products covering the full spectrum from proprietary Built-in UPS (BI-UPS®) to customized switching power supplies made to customer specifications.
